Rocky is getting into our workouts together and is quickly getting conditioned. Today, he brought the thunder and passed me three different times while we were running intervals. It was so much fun to watch him having so much fun! He has also quickly learned safe boundaries and stays nearby while I’m pushing the sled. He is curious about the sled and I got these great photos of him today taking a closer look at it. 😀
