It’s been said that the one constant in our workplaces is change. Which means that there are actually two constants – change and stress. I believe that our nation’s workplaces are doing incredible work every day, creating useful products and delivering helpful services, all while providing jobs and bright futures for America’s workers. Yet this progress and prosperity is not without stress, and indeed, America’s workers are under a great deal of stress. Fortunately, while stress is inevitable, it is also manageable.
My workshops were born in response to the growing stress epidemic and the need for more widely available education in stress management, mindfulness and meditation. I use a practical approach ideal for working professionals seeking balance, improved focus, increased energy and a greater sense of wellbeing. I offer a stress management workshop and onsite meditation classes in the greater Detroit area.
