Just like the adorable pooch pictured above had to learn to balance those cookies on his nose, achieving balance in your life requires learning and practicing new skills. The good news? These skills are simple and practical. The tough part is actually practicing these skills regularly so that you can experience the benefits. It’s a lot like exercise – we know what we’re supposed to do to be healthy and fit, but we don’t always do it.
My work is about making sure you know what to do to achieve that elusive sense of balance and to inspire you to put these skills into action. As a certified Meditation and Mindfulness Instructor, I teach others about stress management, work-life balance, mindfulness and meditation. I offer private instruction for individuals and for companies or groups interested in hosting a class. I have a practical approach that appeals to those seeking simple yet transformational techniques that lead to improvements in sleep quality, the ability to focus more easily, less reactivity to stress, higher energy levels, and a greater sense of wellbeing.
