Meditation is a life skill with wide ranging health benefits. It’s easy to learn and practice each day, requiring no special skills or equipment. Because of its restorative benefits, it has risen in popularity as our society has become increasingly busy and stressed out. Meditation is a way of training our attention, so regular practice can lead to improvements in focus, decision making, creativity, mindfulness and wellbeing. I offer a mobile meditation class, meaning that I bring the class to your workplace or meeting space.
I teach mindfulness meditation, which involves a simple body relaxation and breath awareness practice. Participants can sit in chairs and wear their usual business clothes to the class.
